A familiar face in Nashville real estate, Clay's journey began during college when he started his first historic renovation flip. Clay brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with a background as a local investor and entrepreneur, coupled with years of experience in the Nashville Real Estate market. And yes, you might spot him at various Nashville social events – he spends his free time trying new restaurants around town and is an active member of the community.

Elizabeth is passionate about all things marketing and real estate. She has been immersed in the real estate and design industries her entire life, thanks to her designer mother, Jeannette Whitson with Garden Variety Design, and her brother, Clay - an agent at Parks. She graduated from Harpeth Hall and earned her degree from the University of Georgia, where she worked several jobs in the music industry and spent her summers working as a leader for Moondance Adventures. Post-graduation, she spent a year working in Jackson Hole before returning to Nashville to earn her Master of Marketing from Vanderbilt. After honing her marketing skills at Bauer Entertainment Marketing, she joined forces with her brother to establish the Whitson Group at Parks. She also works alongside family renovating historic houses through LaSalle Properties Group.
